Terms & Conditions

  • Exhibition Dates: December 21 to December 24, 2017.
  • Participants will be chosen only at the discretion of the TIS organizers.
  • All exhibits must be made in India only.
  • All exhibits must be pre-discussed with the curators and the organizing team of TIS.
  • The last date for sending in the registration with full payment is 15 November, 2017.
  • The stall allocation with design layout will be intimated not before 21 November, 2017. No stall allocations/layout will be revealed prior to this date.
  • Please note that in case of any cancellation until 7 weeks prior to the event, we will deduct 20% of the registration fee. Any cancellation post the 7 week period will result in complete forfeiture of the registration amount. The last date of said 7 week period is 31 October 2017.
  • Only the TIS curators will have final say on all matters pertaining to stall allocation. The decision of the TIS exhibit curators on stalls will be final. No request calls, post final decisions made will be entertained.
  • Stalls should remain open for all 4 days of TIS, i.e. from December 21 to December 24, 2017.
  • Stall timings will be from 11.00 a.m. to 9.00 p.m. each day. It is mandatory to adhere to the mentioned time period.
  • No participant should have showcased any of his or her creations or designs in Kolkata at least 30 days prior to the event and would expect that they showcase their latest collection for the same.
  • Each exhibitor stall will be provided with the following:
    - Stall
    - 1 Table
    - 3 Spot Lights
    - 2 Chairs
    - 1 Electric Power Input - 15 Amps
    - 1 Electrical Point
    - 1 Waste Disposal Bin
  • Any extra requirements should be informed to the organizers and approved by the curators at least 30 days prior to the beginning of the exhibition.
  • Closer to the date of the final event a list of vendors will be provided to each participant for any extra requirements or individual curatorial needs. Please note that these transactions will be strictly between the vendor and the participant. Team TIS will bear no responsibility for any agreements between the both. Also note that the participants can make arrangements for their own vendors/fabricators for their stalls if they so wish to.
  • All materials provided should be returned to the TIS organizers, in their original condition. Any losses or  damages will be charged at actuals directly to the exhibitor by the TIS organizers.
  • No modification of stall allotments (unauthorized sharing of allotted space, display of products not originally discussed and approved by the curators, modification of the physical dimensions of the stall or such) is allowed.
  • Storage space, (other than the stall area allotted), is NOT available. It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to safely store their goods throughout the showcase period within the mentioned stall area only.
  • The fascia for each stall will be indicating the stall number as well as the exhibitor's name and as such it cannot be covered during the duration of the TIS by any wares/decorations.
  • All stall owners are encouraged to use eco-friendly material for packaging.
  • No requests for concession for the stall rates will be entertained.
  • Transport of goods and exhibit material is the sole responsibility of the participants/organisations.
  • For any logistical issue (tax and waybill related) please contact Mr. Anoop Roy (9903060480/9330878956). All waybill and tax issues take at least 15 days. Also note that we are facilitators of this communication and bear no responsibility of the financial mores involved between both parties.
  • Each participant must handle their monetary transactions with clients at the event. The organizers of TIS can provide ECM machines on enquiry but at a added surcharge of 5%.
  • Every cheque / DD must be made in favour of ‘Neotia Arts Trust’, payable at Kolkata.
